Hello doctor.
On my penis, I have a little pimple-like lump that is brownish-white. I believe it is known as the foreskin. It is directly beneath the head but before the shaft. It has been there for over six months. It was red, bloated, and ached at first. It also had a white head that took a very long time to pop. That occurred during a period of extreme masturbation. But it has subsequently calmed down and is no longer in discomfort. Unless I meddle with it, there is little to no redness. The skin is hardly elevated. But it is painful, and I am not sure what it is. It is quite unlikely for it to be an STD. I have not had sex in years, except for one night when I tried to have sex but got an oral with a condom on. In principle, if she had an STD, we may have rubbed together in a very short window for a split second. There was no real penetration.

I reviewed the provided image as well as your history (attachments removed to protect the patient's identity). On the glans penis, there seems to be an umbilicated lesion. A comedone (blackhead) or sebaceous hyperplasia (increased size of the sebaceous gland) would be the most likely differential. These benign diseases are fairly common in young guys and may usually be ignored. However, given the history of modest contact, if you observe any new lesions appearing, you must rule out molluscum infection, which is an STD that can also be efficiently treated.
