Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am 20 years old, I started masturbating when I was 15 years old. I used to watch porn for a long time. I masturbated a lot, during which I got a hard and good erection. However, during sex, the erection does not last for long. I tried to stop masturbating but have developed pain in my bladder before. I have stopped masturbating for two weeks now. What should I do to cure my body and have good sex? Please help.

Thank you.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I have read your query, and I can understand your concern.

Masturbation is practiced by 95 percent of men and is normal. It is just another way of having sex without a partner. It is a good practice since:

  1. It helps relieve stress.

  2. Boosts mood.

  3. Enhances sleep.

  4. Prevents depression and anxiety.

  5. Relaxes the mind.

  6. Relieves pain and muscle cramps.

  7. Relieves sexual tension.

  8. Improves the confidence of a person.

  9. Permits one to have better sex.

  10. Allows the person to understand his needs and desires.

  11. In females, masturbation increases vaginal blood flow.

Masturbation will not harm your penis. Doing it two to three times a week is not an issue, but more than that can cause tiredness, loss of concentration, and infertility.

Ways to reduce masturbation are:

  1. Sex education.

  2. Physical exercises.

  3. Sleep adjustment.

  4. Improving the quality of sleep.

  5. Healthy and balanced diet.

  6. Programming for leisure time.

  7. Development of spirituality.

  8. Taking a cold bath.

I suggest taking a Capsule of Astymin Forte (Multivitamins) once in the morning and a tablet of Shelcal (Calcium and Vitamin D3) once at night after food for thirty days to be relieved from tiredness or a decrease in strength. Consult a specialist doctor, talk to them, and then take the medication. Pain in the bladder can be due to urine infection. Therefore, undergo a pelvis ultrasound and complete urine analysis.

I hope this will help you.

Thank you.
