Hello doctor,
I had ovarian endometriomas and cysts in my twenties. I have two children without many problems. My periods are painful and heavy, but I did not consult a doctor. I have had my periods for a long time now. I can feel my ovaries aching on each side. And now I have very bright red blood. Still, I can feel aching in my right ovary. I am worried.
