Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis a year ago. Woke up this morning with a migraine, high pitch ringing in my left ear, and dizziness. I did put peroxide in my ear in case it was wax build up but nothing came up.

Kindly help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I would like to know some details of your headache:

  1. Since when are you having a headache? Is it a single episode?
  2. In which areas of your head is the headache present?
  3. What kind of headache is this heaviness, throbbing, stretching, bursting, shooting pain, electric current-like pain some other kind?
  4. Is it severe, moderate, or mild?
  5. The headache is episodic or persistent? If episodic headache, how long does one episode of it last (from onset to complete relief without medication)?
  6. How frequent are these headache episodes? How many times in a week?
  7. Do you feel any vomiting or feeling of vomiting, watering from the eye, redness in the eye, or nasal congestion during a headache?
  8. How is your mood?
  9. How is your sleep? How is your vision?
  10. Have you noticed any trigger factors for this headache?
  11. Are you taking any medication for this headache?
  12. Do you have any ear discharge, or hearing impairment?

I hope this has helped you. Thank you.
