Hi doctor,
My fiancee is eight weeks pregnant and she is suffering from morning sickness for a week. I am worried about her health and baby. She can hardly eat and vomits frequently. We do not know what to do. Please help.
Hi,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
I can understand your problem. Morning sickness is a common phenomenon during pregnancy. It is unlikely to cause serious problems. Follow these simple precautions to get relief. You can take Doxinate (Doxylamine with Pyridoxine) one tablet at night and one tablet in the morning before thirty minutes of taking breakfast. The tablet is safe and can be used to treat morning sickness during pregnancy. Drink small quantities of water frequently and make sure that the urine volume is more than one liter daily. This is very important to prevent dehydration. Eat small meals several times daily to prevent or reduce vomiting. After taking the tablet in the morning, you can see a decrease in the level of nausea and vomiting.
