Patient's Query
Hi doctor,
My grandmother is 66-year-old. She is having severe back pain near the spine and shoulder pain for the past two days. She used a painkiller but there is no relief. Please suggest.

Patient's Query
Hi doctor,
She has pain only in her back and shoulder. There is a sensation of tingling while moving, sitting, and standing.
Hi,
Welcome back to icliniq.com.
As it is the first episode, it seems that it occurs due to back muscle spasm and inflammation. Tingling and numbness can occur due to nerve stretching and irritation. Your grandmother should avoid bending, weight lifting, and long traveling. She needs rest for some time. She can take tablet Dan MR (Chloroxazone with Diclofenac and Paracetamol) two times a day after taking food. She can take tablet Omeprazole 20 mg two times a day before food and take capsule Calcium 500 mg after taking food. She can apply Diclofenac gel.
