Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
It all started with leg pain some two years ago. At that time my vitamin D3 level was only 8. Then, I took Uprise-D3 60000 weekly dose for two months. I was cured and fine. But after six months, the problem started again. I did my blood tests again and it was 30. I started taking vitamin D3 again and got about 70 % relief. Three months later, my vitamin D3 level was 66. But when I stopped taking vitamin D3, the symptoms occurred again. Kindly help. My uric acid is 7.6 and calcium level is 10.5.

3. Tablet Calcium 500 mg once daily. Consult your specialist doctor, discuss with him or her and with their consent take the above medicines.
4. You need to drink eight to ten glasses of water daily. Dehydration can also cause muscle pain and high uric acid levels.
5. Usually, vitamin D has to be taken along with calcium supplements even if the calcium levels are normal. Also, 50000 IU of vitamin D can cause muscle pain.

Patient's Query
Thank you doctor,
I get some relief in sitting under the sun that means my body requires more vitamin D though I have a normal level in my blood. Also, is there any relation between an increased level of uric acid and body pain? There is no pain in the toe joints.

Also, I am unable to go to the gym because of low energy level. Kindly advice me.
Hello,
Welcome back to icliniq.com.
You have to introduce graded exercise in view of your fatigue. Try not go to the gym but just walk 10 minutes at moderate pace daily and increase it by five minutes every week. Try not to exert yourself and try to exercise only if you feel better.
