Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
It seems from the history that you have undergone LASIK surgery for correction of myopia. The symptoms of light sensitivity, headache on watching computer or TV indicate dry eyes which is common following LASIK surgery. No need to worry the treatment is also simple and you can use artificial tears eye drops. Since vision is good no need to worry. Chorioretinal degeneration of retina is common in high myopics and since vision is good it is not causing any problem. If you have symptoms like distorted vision, then you require evaluation by other tests like fundus fluorescence in angiography and depending on the result treatment can be planned, if required. Adult stem cells surgery is done for corneal problems and for retinal problems it is not yet used. But no need to worry, your present symptoms indicate dry eyes and treatment by artificial tears is sufficient.
