I have seen your images (attachments are removed to protect the patient's identity). It looks like a molluscum with cutaneous candidiasis or herpes simplex virus (HSV).
Please get VDRL (a screening test for syphilis) and IgG and IgM for HSV (human simplex virus) and HIV (human immunodeficiency virus) tests to rule out other STDs (sexually transmitted diseases).

To over-erode areas apply Clotrimazole (Fluoxetine) cream twice daily and over the molluscum apply a local application of Tretinoin (beta-carotene) 0.025 % cream during the night.
