Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
I am 25 and my husband is 31. We got married eight months ago. We are trying for a baby. I have pain during intercourse. Can you suggest the best time for trying? I am not getting aroused. Can you suggest how I can? What types of food do we have to eat in order to conceive?
Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
You can have any type of food. It has been only eight months. So, first of all, do not take so much stress that you have to conceive. Intercourse is painful because you do not enjoy the moment. Your mind remains preoccupied with pregnancy planning. Spend some time in foreplay and you can use a lubricant just prior to intercourse. The first few attempts are painful. So, just relax your pelvic muscles. There is no such best time as morning or evening. Stop thinking about pregnancy for a month or two and enjoy each other's company. Spend time together. It is something that should happen naturally. Do not make it a burden. If you have a regular cycle, then the fertile period is from day-8 to day-18 of your cycle. During this period, you can try daily or on alternate days.
Regards.
Patient's Query
Thank you doctor,
Can you suggest some arousal techniques? Within 10 minutes both of us become too tired. And, my husband is getting stimulated faster than me and his penis size becomes more than my vagina. So, we are unable to do intercourse. How can I solve this problem?
Hello,
Welcome back to icliniq.com.
I suggest using Xylocaine jelly (Lidocaine HCl) initially. It will ease the pain. Spend more time in foreplay.
Regards.
