What could cause pain in the groin during an erection?

Hi doctor,

I am a healthy 32-year-old male. After defecation, I experience seminal fluid secretion, followed by pain in the penis. During erection, I feel slight pain in the groin.

Please help.

Complete blood count (CBC).
Urine analysis (preferably provide the sample along with the seminal fluid).
Ultrasound of the abdomen.
