Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I have a problem with my penis. Every time when I try to have sex, my penis hurts very much, there is a thin throat on the top of my penis head that is attached to my foreskin, and when I try to pull it down, it starts hurting.

Kindly help.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

Regarding your symptoms of hurting sensation during sex with a skin tag on top of the penis. Kindly send the picture. I propose you have developed an acute balanitis. Please take the following:

  1. Apply Lidocaine spray to the penis before sex.
  2. Take tablet Diclofenac (Paracetamol) 100 mg, Metronidazole 400 mg, capsule Co-Amoxiclav (Amoxicillin) 625 mg, tablet Ketoconazole 200 mg, and tablet Acyclovir 800 mg.
  3. If your symptoms persist, schedule another follow-up appointment via chat, phone, or video consultation.

I hope this information will help you.

    Thanks.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
