Hello doctor,

I have a mental health issue. Sometimes, I feel too much like my nerves are on fire, and I can feel them. I can not pinpoint when it happens, but I just experienced it a while ago. This even causes my hands to shake. Then, I also talked to myself and laughed. In the middle of talking to myself or laughing, my mind can go blank for a minute. This is scaring me. Please help.
