Hi doctor,

I am an 18-year-old male, and I have concerns about the appearance and size of my penis. It has a significant curve, feels a bit stiff and uncomfortable, and has a dark patch of skin in a line running across the bottom of the shaft. Although it seems to be of average length and girth both erect and flaccid, sometimes its length decreases when erect. There are small bumps on the shaft. It is very curved at the bottom and a bit soft. Please give your opinion.

There are multiple reasons for the bend in the penis, which include:

It can be due to a short frenulum. Please share pictures of an erect penis (side and below) for a diagnosis. Surgical management is the cure.
It can be due to phimosis. Share pictures of the erect penis side and the foreskin retracted for a diagnosis. Surgical management is the cure.
It can be due to Peyronie's, caused by a scar inside the penis muscle. A Doppler scan is needed for diagnosis.

If you experience pain during sex, I suggest you use tablet Zerodol P (a combination of Aceclofenac and Paracetamol) as a temporary solution.
