Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
After experiencing my first sex with my wife, I ejaculated a few seconds after the intercourse. I used to masturbate twice a week so far. My age is 27. Is this called premature ejaculation? I tried having sex the next day. The same thing continued. We engaged in oral sex, which took me a lot of time to ejaculate. But now I feel so depressed after trying to have intercourse; it just took 10 to 15 seconds. I have gone through several studies and articles on ashwagandha shilajit ginseng. I am so confused and feared to take medicines based on my assumptions. Please help me with what I should do.
Thank you.
Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
I understand your concern.
This is just performance anxiety. Sometimes you feel the pressure to perform well, so due to anxiety, you ejaculate early. Do not worry, and enjoy your sexual life. You will be better without any medicine. I suggest walking and exercise daily. Take fresh fruits and vegetables. Add nuts like almonds, pistachios, walnuts, and pumpkin seeds to your diet.
I hope you find it helpful.
Thank you.
