Are the pimples on my forehead getting worse due to irregular sleeping habits?

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have a lot of pimples on my forehead, and they are getting worse. I am prone to acne when I sleep late, but I cannot sleep early. I use a medicated serum for my pimples, but I am insecure about it. Please help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Acne can be treated easily with facewash, tablets, and creams. Some people have an oily face which results in acne. After completing acne treatment, tablets can be stopped, but creams must be continued to prevent the recurrence. Diet and lifestyle modifications are also important. Please do not use any over-the-counter steroid creams. Do not burst the pimples with your fingers, which can result in ugly scars. I can also suggest treatment for the marks left behind after the pimples heal.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
