Patient's Query
Hi doctor,
Recently, I had intercourse with my partner. I am taking Krimson 35 regularly, and my partner used a condom also. I have PCOS. Do I have a chance to get pregnant? We are not planning for a child now. Do we have any other tests that can diagnose pregnancy early or should I have to wait for my periods?
Hi,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
As your partner has used a condom for sex, there is less chance to get pregnant. As you are taking Krimson 35 (Cyproterone with Ethinylestradiol) regularly, so there is no chance to get pregnant. Take tablets regularly. Some tests can diagnose pregnancy early such as radioimmunoassay. The best and better way is to wait for periods. If you miss your periods, you can do a urine pregnancy test. If the result is positive, then you can be pregnant. If there is a negative result, then there can be a delay in periods. Wait for ten days after taking the last tablet of Krimson 35, and if you do not have your periods, then you can do a urine pregnancy test. Drink plenty of water.
