Patient's Query
Hi doctor,
I had a miscarriage last year. I am planning to conceive now. My periods are all regular. I hope that it is all well this time when it happens.
Please advise.
Hi,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
I wet through your query.
If you have regular periods, you just have to take precautions as it will be helpful for you. As you already had a conception, it means you can have more as well. Take Folic acid daily 5 mg. In case of high BMI (body mass index) and/or have been treated for any chronic health issues, take complete treatment. Quit recreational drugs, have a balanced diet with less salt, sugar, oil, and spice. Have sex in the fertile period of the cycle with proper penetration, orgasm, and rest after sex. Maintain normal BMI and weight by daily exercises, walking, or yoga.
Hope it helps.
Thanks and regards.
I hope things would be better.
