Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
I am male and unmarried. I have been masturbating for the past 13 years and facing issues related to digestion, weakness, wanting to sleep every time, unfocused mind, wanting to live alone, and back pain. Nowadays, I noticed that my sex timing has been reduced to less than 15 seconds.
After passing urine, the urine drops escape for 20 to 25 minutes. Kindly suggest me a good treatment. I am very depressed and nervous.
Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
I can understand your concern.
Masturbation is normal. 95 % of male does that, and it is just another way of having sex without a partner. It is a good practice as it helps to relieve stress, boosts mood, improves sleep, helps to prevent depression and anxiety, and relaxes the mind of a person. It relieves pain, muscle cramps, and sexual tension. It improves the confidence of a person and allows one to have better sex. It helps the person understand his needs and desires. In females, masturbation increases vaginal blood flow. Masturbation would not harm your penis, and doing it two to three times a week is not an issue; if more than that, it can cause tiredness, loss of concentration, and a sense of infertility.
The ways to reduce masturbation are:
1. Sex education.
2. Physical exercise.
3. Sleep adjustment
4. Quality of sleep.
5. Healthy and balanced diet.
6. Programming for leisure time.
7. Development of spirituality.
8. Taking a cold bath.
For tiredness or a decrease in strength, you can use a capsule Astymin forte (Biotin, Calcium Pantothenate, Cyanocobalamin, Folic Acid, L-Isoleucine, L-Leucine, L-Lysine, L-Valine, Methionine, Niacinamide, Pyridoxine, Riboflavin, Thiamine Mononitrate, Tyrothricin, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin D3, Vitamin E) once in the morning and tab Shelcal (Calcium and Vitamin D3) once a night after food for thirty days. Consult a specialist and take the medications mentioned above with their consent.
