Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

Inability to stay in bed for an extended amount of time, experiencing premature ejaculation, and inability to obtain an erection in the second or third round.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Premature ejaculation is very common and often not associated with any disease, however, there may be issues with the prostate gland or thyroid hormone. Most of the time, it is a chronic condition that requires you to take medications on and off. You may learn to regulate your urine by acquiring the following exercise: Tighten your muscles that you stretch after urinating for a few seconds, then relax, and repeat many times daily. Another strategy is the stop-start technique: when you feel like you are about to ejaculate, stop the sexual stimulation and distract your attention, the penis will relax, then restart the stimulation and repeat the procedure. You will progressively increase your ejaculation time over a few months.

I hope this helps.

Thank you.
