Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have issues in maintaining a hard dick, and I ejaculate in less than a minute. It is extremely sensitive down there. In my childhood, I masturbated by rubbing my dick on the bed, but later I came to know that it was the wrong way. What can I do to fix this? Please help.

Thank you.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I have read the query, and I can understand your concern.

Your symptoms can be due to:

  1. Stress due to work or family and night duties. Plan for regular exercise and yoga.

  2. Depression.

  3. Varicocele.

  4. Fear of failure. Even having one episode of erectile dysfunction once may make you feel you will end up with erectile dysfunction.

  5. Lower self-esteem due to chronic masturbation.

  6. Homosexuality.

  7. Religious constraints.

  8. Smoking and alcohol.

  9. Long-term illness such as cardiac disease, thyroid disease, kidney disease, or any other disease with long-term medication.

  10. Negative attitude towards your partner.

  11. Hormonal issues such as thyroid and low testosterone levels.

  12. Long-term drug usage.

  13. Diabetes and hypertension.

Need to check Doppler penis, USG pelvis (pelvis ultrasound), and scrotum, Blood pressure, RBS (random blood sugar), Free T3 (triiodothyronine), T4 (thyroxine), Testosterone, and TSH (thyroid stimulating hormone). Share more details regarding the above reasons to work on diagnosis and treatment. For a temporary solution, you can use the tablet Mildfil (Tadalafil) 5 mg twice a day and the tablet Duralast (Dapoxetine) 30 mg 30 minutes before sex for 30 days. Consult a specialist doctor, talk to them, and then take the medication.

I hope this will help you.

Thank you.
