Could fungal infection on the penis indicate HIV?

Hello doctor,

I was forcefully raped by my friend. I could not tell whether its a rape or not. He stripped me when I was sleeping. He shakes my penis and when I waked when my penis got erect. He tried to insert my penis into his anus three times. I am sure and he is also sure that my penis did not penetrate his anas. His anus was tight. After three days of that event, I felt a burning sensation in my penis track. After ten days I got a yeast-like infection on my penis with red spots along with white substances. I consulted a dermatologist. He prescribed me an antifungal cream and an antibacterial tablet for two days. It was cured within two days. Now it has been two months of exposure, sometimes I feel muscle pain in my arms and in my thighs especially where the groin and thighs join and muscle pulls for some time and it gets normal within a few seconds.

I want to ask the following questions:

1. Is fungal infection on the penis a symptom of HIV?

2. Is there any chance of getting an HIV infection as there was no anal penetration? He tried for penetration but it did not happen

3. Why I am having muscular pain?

4. Are these life-threatening symptoms?

My friend is sure that he is HIV negative as he is claiming that he donated blood three months before to a government hospital college blood bank and he did not get any abnormality call. I am afraid, Kindly help.
