Hello doctor,
I am a 49-year-old female. I am not sure if I should be concerned and see a doctor. For the past two to three weeks, I have had a small, red spot under my tongue. It is not much larger than a pin dot, and I think it has decreased in size. I have attached images for your reference. It does not hurt, nor does it feel lumpy or bumpy. I am currently on Mirtazapine. Can you please advise me as to what should be done?

This seems to be minor salivary glands, although the image is not clear. But, I do not see a reason why you should worry because there is no ulceration and no pain. There is no need to observe whether it increases or regresses.
