Patient's Query
Hi doctor,
My legs and hands have been restless for the last few months. I am taking Swedish bitters as I have a low appetite and poor digestion. I got relieved from stomach upset but not feeling energetic, and I still have restless legs and hands. Kindly help.
Hello,
Welcome back to icliniq.com.
I understand your concern. I suggest you consult a doctor for a physical examination to rule out any medical conditions. I also suggest you follow the following instructions:
1. Eat a healthy, and balanced nutritional diet.
2. Drink plenty of fluids.
3. Take adequate rest.
4. Avoid stress, strain, lifting heavy weights, and vigorous exercises.
I hope this helps you.
Thank you.
