Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

Something has popped up near my mouth and nose since today evening. Is there anything to worry or is it just dry skin?

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

Is it associated with itching or pain? Did you apply any cream or commercial hair dye? Is it present only on one side of the face? How old are you? Are there blisters? Can you send a good-quality image?

Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

Thank you for the reply.

There is no itching or pain. I applied some moisturizer to it. I have attached the images. I am 22 years old.

Hi,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

It is on both sides (attachment removed to protect patient identity). It looks like seborrheic dermatitis. Consider the application of Eumosone-M (Miconazole and Clobetasone) cream once daily for three to five days. Revert back if there is no relief.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
