Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I suffer from a semen leakage issue. I get aroused easily, and due to this, I experience a lot of pre-cum. It has affected my life. I have a past of being prone to masturbation. I have been dealing with this issue for the past three years. Please help.

Thank you.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I have read the query, and I can understand your concern.

What you feel is called pre cum. It is a pre-ejaculatory fluid (PEF). It is a normal secretion that comes before you ejaculate so sperm can travel smoothly and get out of the penis. If no or reduced PEF is released, the chances of pregnancy are reduced. You can control the episodes of PEF by controlling your erotic feelings.

Methods to control Erotic feelings are

  1. Sex education.

  2. Physical exercises.

  3. Sleep adjustment.

  4. Quality of sleep.

  5. A healthy and balanced diet.

  6. Programming for leisure time.

  7. Development of spirituality.

  8. Taking a cold bath.

I hope I have answered your query. If you have further doubts, I would be happy to help you.

Thank you.
