This Premium Q&A, reviewed and published, features a real conversation between an iCliniq user and a physician.

Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

Recently, I got married. Whenever we try for intercourse, I can feel a bone at the entrance of the vagina. It causes unbearable pain. I tried taking a painkiller Voren before an hour of intercourse. But there is no good result. I need expert advice. How to avoid having pain?

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

This is the most common problem faced for a short period after marriage. First of all, you have to understand each other. Males and females have different feelings in their sexual cycles. Males often standby for the first time sex but females take more than 15 minutes of having stimulation of any kind like kissing, hugging, or clitoral stimulation before penetration. They take around 10 to 20 minutes of warm-up and then, they get ready for having penetrating sex. Males should not rush in this condition. You can use KY gel (Glycerine with Hydroxyethylcellulose). It helps in lubrication when it remains dry after stimulation. Males can apply gel on the penis before penetration.
