Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

My fiancee and I had unprotected sex yesterday. Her period also started yesterday. It was the first day of her period. She took an I-pill after seven hours. Today also, she was bleeding, and again we had unprotected sex. Her period cycle is of 24 to 27 days cycle. Will she get pregnant? Please help us.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I have gone through your history and understand your concerns. As you had I-pill, the chances of pregnancy are not there in your case. But as you had unprotected sex after I-pill, the chance of pregnancy is again there, but as she is in her menses, there is almost no chance of pregnancy.

Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

Thanks for your reply. She was bleeding till the fifth day. Again on the seventh day of her period, the condom broke during intercourse. She took an I-pill after 10 hours. Are there chances of pregnancy? Please help out.
