Hello doctor,

I have autoantibodies in my blood and some related specific proteins. I still do not have serious symptoms. I can send my results.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I went through your post and investigations. There are a few significant results in the autoimmune profile. Your ANA (antinuclear antibody), dsDNA (double-stranded deoxyribonucleic acid), and anti-Ro are positive, which is suggestive of SLE (systemic lupus erythematosus). However, to make the diagnosis of any connective tissue disease, we need to have symptoms, signs, and investigations. I would suggest updating your symptoms; whatever you have will at least help.

Thank you.

Hello doctor,

I had a lip biopsy three years ago, and the result was negative for Sjogren's disease. I had dry eyes and still have them. Four months ago, I closed the tear ducts, and the situation became better. I sometimes suffer from pain in the joints of the fingers, but it disappears without drug interaction. Three months ago, I had COVID-19 without serious symptoms. More than a week ago, I had muscle pain in my legs, but it disappeared after I exercised. I smoke an average of 10 cigarettes per day and have stopped menstruating for the last six months. I do not complain of any other diseases, but I had a hernia operation about six years ago without serious pain and without drug consumption. I have taken three doses of the COVID-19 vaccine.

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

The symptoms are suggestive of Sjogren's syndrome, but dsDNA is generally negative in Sjogren's; however, an undifferentiated connective tissue disease with secondary Sjogren's is a possibility. What were Schirmer's test and sialometry results? A biopsy is helpful, but only 70 % have positive results for multiple reasons and depending on the stage of the disease. Therefore, my diagnosis is Sjogren's syndrome, likely due to undifferentiated connective tissue disease.
