Q. Is it possible to make a tiny penis bigger in an 18-year-old?

The average length of the penis varies from 2.5 to 4 inches in the flaccid state and 4.5 to 6.5 inches in an erect state with a one-inch diameter. Studies recommended flaccid penis length of less than 1.6 inches or an erect penis of less than three inches should be considered for treatment.
