Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
I am 22 years old and I have gaps between my teeth. Some of my teeth are spaced apart approximately seven to eight millimeters, while some are even 15 mm apart. Can this problem be solved with braces?
Please help me find a solution to this.
Thank you.
Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
Yes, getting an orthodontic treatment from an experienced orthodontist will be helpful in getting your teeth aligned and achieving a better smile. I will suggest you visit a dentist first and get an oral prophylaxis (teeth cleaning) and other restorative procedures (root canals or fillings) done to avoid any complications during the orthodontic treatment. Sometimes, the gaps between the teeth are also due to periodontal disease and receding gums.
Kindly visit a dentist who will examine the condition of your teeth and decide the best treatment plan for you.
I hope this has helped you out.
Thanks and regards.
