Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

A girl gave me a blowjob without a condom five days back, I can see a small tiny round pinkish-white spot (feels like the skin is peeled at that tiny spot). There is no bump. It is really frightening for me. Is this an STD?

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com

I read your query and understand your concern. Kindly share a picture of the affected area, if there was unprotected sex - one needs to think of sexually transmitted infection

1. TPHA; Treponema pallidum hemagglutination

2. HPV DNA PCR test

3. Herpes simplex virus (HSV) One and two igg

4. Herpes simplex virus (HSV) One and two IgM, serum

5. Chlamydia trachomatis IgG.

6. HIV one and two antibodies, screening test

7. HbsAg.

8. Urine complete.

If not, it can be a simple bacterial infection - you can use ointment T-Bact (Mupirocin Topical) for local application and doxy (Doxycycline)100 mg twice a day for five days, if there is itching, you need to think of fungal infection ointment Candid B (Beclomethasone and Clotrimazole) for local application and itching tablet Cetirizine (Cetirizine hydrochloride) once a night. Make sure you wash your genitalia twice a day morning and night and use normal water, no cold or hot water. don’t use heavy pH soap. I hope I have cleared all your doubts.

Thank you.
