Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have been experiencing penile discharge (white and sometimes clear fluid) for many months. I visited a doctor and was prescribed Doxycycline and an injection of Benzathine penicillin. I was TPHA positive but done with injection and treatment of Doxycycline. But still, I am experiencing penile discharge. Early symptoms were itching and burning with discharge, but after using Doxycycline, only penile discharge is there with no other symptoms. The discharge is white, yellowish, or a clear fluid. Kindly provide me with the best medication.

Hello doctor,

Thanks for the reply.

I am not diabetic. Two months ago, I was diagnosed with syphilis. I have no trouble passing urine now. I am not sexually active at the moment.

Hi,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

Here is my suggestion for your issue. Use the following medications:

1. Tablet containing Alfuzosin 10 mg once at night for three months.

2. Tablet containing cranberry extract and D-Mannose once in the morning for three months.

3. Tablet containing saccharomyces boulardii 250 mg once in the morning for three months.

Please drink at least three liters of water per day. Ejaculate at least two to three times a week. Things should eventually settle down in a month or so.

I hope this has helped you. Kindly follow up if you have more doubts.

Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
