Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
For the last three days, I have been feeling minor discomfort and pain in the testicles. I feel it could be due to my constant bike ride. Can you just advise me on the treatment for it?
I do not face any problem during intercourse. I do not even see swelling yet, but when I touch the part, I feel the size of the testicles is a little bigger. Could you please suggest some remedies?
Please help.
Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
According to the mentioned history, you are having pain in the testis, and slight swelling is present. So, orchitis-like testicular inflammation has to be ruled out, and for that, it is better to investigate with ultrasonography of the testis.
For pain and inflammation relief, Ibuprofen or a similar non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug can be prescribed. According to the report further management plan can be decided if needed.
I suggest you consult a urologist for examination.
I hope this helps.
Thank you.
