Hi doctor,
I had a lower molar extracted 11 days ago. Then, about twenty minutes ago, the whitish clot that had been there for days came out. So now I have just a hole. Is this normal? Did I do something wrong?

You are totally fine. Your socket is healing. Make sure that there is no food lodgement or deposits and that you maintain it clean.
It is helpful to do lukewarm water plus salt gargling after every meal. In addition, do a gum massage by holding the socket on the cheek and tongue sides and pressing the socket.
It will heal entirely in some time.
I hope you do not have pain, foul taste, or bad breath.
