Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

My problem is I have been masturbating for a long time, and now I am facing problems. I cannot stop my urine, and it is hard to control. When I urinate, it just comes out a little, and I think my bladder is weak. My penis is strong only for a few minutes and goes down soon. Also, my penis head is very sensitive. Kindly help.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your distress, and I will do my best to advise you. Masturbation usually does not cause trouble if it is done on an occasional basis and avoiding friction by lubrication and clean hygiene. From your presentation and mentioned issues, I will take it one by one. The urgency to pass urine and getting weak stream or few drops even does not mean your bladder is weak (especially for a 29 years young man). It means that you have an inflammation, causing an increase in frequency and urgency and no urine. Therefore you have a few drops or weak stream. Due to inflammation, you do not have good erection and increased penis sensitivity. Inflammation in the urinary and genital system can be from the bladder, prostate, or urethra. It can be an infection that happens if you are sexually active. Work out on diagnosis will need urine culture, semen culture, and ultrasound to detect if your bladder has any cause. If you are sexually active, then I need to request more tests otherwise, for now, those are enough. Keep updating me after your tests are done, and I will follow your case until complete recovery.

Investigations to be done

Urine for culture, semen for culture, and ultrasound KUB (kidney, ureter, and bladder).

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
