Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

Yesterday, when I jerked off, my testicles started to hurt, and I got lower stomach cramp-like pain. Today, when I did the same thing, my testicles hurt so bad. Also, I have a lower stomach cramp, but I keep getting boners. It makes it hard to walk around, and the balls are soggy. Kindly help.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

There might be inflammation or discoloration; that is why the pain or condition. Similar pain is observed in varicocele. It is dilated veins around the testis and can be detected on ultrasound. I suggest you take anti-inflammatory medications like Brufen (Ibuprofen) 400 mg thrice daily for three days. Consult your specialist doctor, discuss with them and take the medicines with their consent. Also, I suggest you do an ultrasound of the scrotum, then follow up with the report to show you an accurate diagnosis for the condition.

If you have any more queries, please let me know.

All the best.
