Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I can understand your situation. you may have acute stress due to exams. I suggest you take medications as you are already exam going student.

1. Tablet of Domperidone (lactose, maize starch, microcrystalline cellulose, hypromellose) two times per day and a capsule of Omeprazole (phosphate, hydroxypropyl cellulose, hypromellose, lactose, mannitol, sodium lauryl sulfate) two times per day. This will help you to deal with vomiting.

2. Tablet Clonazepam (Docusate sodium, Lactose monohydrate, Magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, Sodium benzoate) 0.25 mg to deal with your acute stress. Once your exam is finished then you have to follow the below lifestyle to deal with your problem this will help you.

3. Exercises daily for 30 to 45 minutes like at least going for a walk. This will increase your weight.

4. Meditation for 20 minutes daily, just sit in one place in a comfortable position and try to concentrate on your normal breathing, do not stop or force yourself to stop your thoughts, just let it be. This will help you to relax.

5. Eat healthy home-cooked foods, and avoid junk foods. You have to take the help of a dietician. you are low weight.

6. Drink enough water.

7. Spend quality time with friends and family daily

8. Spend time on creative hobbies like reading good books, writing journals, painting, drawing, and learning new skills or language or musical instruments.

9. Take enough seven to eight hours of sleep daily.

10. Avoid tobacco or alcohol or any substance abuse.

11. Live your life, do not just spend it. Be bold and confident. I hope I have cleared your doubts.

Thank you.

Investigations to be done

1. CBC (complete blood count) test. 2. Thyroid profile (T3, T4, and thyroid stimulating hormone) test. 3. Vitamin B12, and vitamin D3 test. 4. RBS (random blood sugar).
