• The possibility of it being a wart is very less because warts usually do not persist for so long.
• It is more likely a hair follicle tumor, like fibrofolliculoma, but it can be confirmed only by physical examination.
• There is no medication for warts as well as any tumors. Electrofulguration and surgical excision are the treatments of choice.
