How to manage uncontrollable crying and weight gain?

Hi doctor,

While looking for diverticulitis, my CAT scan showed a 1.4-centimeter nodule on my adrenal gland. What should I do to control the symptoms of uncontrollable crying and weight gain? Could I take any herbal remedies?

I understand your concern.

You could be suffering from an excess of cortisol secretion from the weight gain and the fact that you have an adrenal nodule. Although just two symptoms are not much to go by, Cushing syndrome is likely.

Please tell me if you have other symptoms like abdominal stria, fat distribution mostly central and over the shoulders and back of the neck, acne or osteoporosis, high blood pressure or glucose, etc.

Also, please upload the report of your CT (computed tomography) scan here. We need to see if it is limited to the adrenal gland. As you understand, it is a tumor. Hence we must identify whether it is benign or something more serious. Let me know the details so I can help you get to the bottom of this.
