How can I reduce my belly and body weight?

I am 46 years old, man. Following are my lifestyle. Limited food, especially at night. (anything only two), weekly 4 to 5 days morning treadmill walk up to 2 miles, no fried items, 120 ml of drink daily with salads or egg, two cups of tea daily, weekly one or two times non-vegetarian (except broiler chicken). My problem is I have put on weight by 8 lbs (68 to 72) one year before. I need to reduce my belly and weight.

Is there any safe alternative medicine other than Dexona to gain weight?

I am 32 years old, and weigh 116 lbs. My intention is to gain weight but while eating I am not able to eat much and some time I do not feel good to eat. Sometimes I feel hungry, as I start eating I do not feel to eat. Recently, I have tried Dexona pill and I am very satisfied with the result but I have stopped using the pill as per suggestions from doctor. I do not feel weakness.
