Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I used to masturbate daily. Will it affect my general health? Am I able to have sex with my partner in future? What should I take for improvement?

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

  • First of all, please relax. Any amount of masturbation will not cause any health issue.
  • Semen production is a normal physiological process for any adult.
  • Any adult who had not had sex once or who does not masturbate will have nocturnal ejaculation (wet dreams) when sleeping. This is normal. Please do not worry about it.
  • Any individual who masturbates can have a normal sexual life.
