  • Develop healthy coping mechanisms such as writing in a journal, listening to music, engaging in creative outlets, or seeking therapy.

  • Practice challenging negative thoughts and replacing them with more positive and realistic ones. Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques can be helpful in this regard.

  • Learning to say no, setting boundaries, and prioritizing own needs are essential parts of maintaining emotional well-being.
