What to do if there is no fetal heartbeat at 10 weeks?

I have not had a period and have been testing positive for pregnancy. I went to Urgent Care this week and got a blood test. The doctor called me to confirm that I should be 8-10 weeks pregnant. I went to Planned Parenthood for an ultrasound yesterday, and we only saw a gestational sac and nothing else. I had more blood work done, and a doctor called me today to say that my HCG levels are over 32,000 and my pregnancy is not viable. I need to schedule a surgical procedure as this could be a molar pregnancy or a blighted ovum. I feel very, very sick with pregnancy symptoms (nausea, extreme fatigue, breast tenderness, headaches, etc.,). I called back to schedule a D and C, and they said the earliest they could see me would be five days from now. I am worried. Should I go to the hospital immediately?

Is an ovarian cyst during pregnancy dangerous?

I am seven weeks pregnant. A cyst in my left ovary was detected during ultrasound. My doctor advised me to wait eight weeks, and then the cyst may dissolve or be reduced. What should I do? Is this cyst dangerous?

Could bleeding be due to implantation or due to Vitamin C?
Hi doctor,
I am 18, and I had unprotected sex a few times last month using the pull-out method. I thought that I could not get pregnant with that method. I am stressed that I could be pregnant because I had some bleeding a week before my period. The bleeding was less than usual, but I still needed pads for two days. The bleeding was the color of my normal period, but it lasted for only three days and my period usually lasts four days. It happened eight days before my period. But, before the bleeding, I used Vitamin C 6000 mg a day for three days to induce my period. Could it have been implantation bleeding or vitamin C induced period? My period should be due tomorrow, and I am stressed that it will not come. Please help.

Does bleeding post positive pregnancy test mean miscarriage?
Hi doctor,
I did a pregnancy test last week, and it was positive. The next day at work I notice pinkish spots when I wipe. The next morning I started heavy bleeding with small clots, but I had no pain. The bleeding only lasted for three days. I need help. I am not sure if I am still pregnant or if I had a miscarriage.
