What could be the reason for bleeding during pregnancy?

My wife is 6 weeks pregnant. She is experiencing pain in the stomach and waist from the start of the pregnancy. Sometimes, the pain is severe. As per our local gynecologist, all the reports are normal and there is no need to worry. I have attached all the reports taken till now for your reference. Also, she had slight bleeding for around two times and yesterday, there was heavy bleeding like menstruation whenever she goes for urine. Our gynecologist suggested Trenaxa 500 tablets. After that, there is no bleeding till now. We are worried and need a second opinion to know the safety of our baby. Why is there bleeding and continuous stomach and waist pain? The stomach and waist pain is still present. There is no previous medical history. She is 29 years old. Her height is 5'2" and weight is 90 lbs.

My problem is that I am having man boobs and love handles. They just will not go away. I workout and reduced a lot of fat, but the fat in this area is stubborn. I want to know whether there is any hormonal imbalance in my body like high content of estrogen. What tests should I undergo to determine the hormonal imbalance? What are the side effects of having too many i-pills?
Hi doctor,
I would like to ask you a few things related to I-pill. Two years, I have taken around 10 to 12 I-pill tablets in eight months, Again I had two tablets last year. What will be the side effect in future? I do not have any complaints rather than weight gain. I was 116 lbs before and now I am 138 lbs. Please guide me.

Why does the scan show 4.4 weeks gestation, despite my LMP?
Hi doctor,
I am 26 year old female. I had my last periods one and a half months back. In between I had Regestrone tablets thrice daily for 3 days and Meprate 10 mg tablets thrice daily for 2 days. Today, I had spotting of reddish brown color. A transvaginal and transabdominal ultrasound was done. It has been 6 weeks since my LMP, but why does the scan show only 4.4 weeks gestation? I have enclosed the report herewith. I have been prescribed with Duphaston tablets. Also, fetal pole is not seen. Is it fine at this stage? Before 10 days my beta hCG was 127.7.

Is it normal to have a TSH value of 3.17 during pregnancy?

I am 9 months pregnant. My TSH value is 3.17; the reference value is 0.30 - 5.5. The pregnancy refers range is 0.30 - 3.00. Is this normal? I am worried about my baby. Please help.
