Hi, Thank you for consulting at icliniq,

From what you have mentioned, few common diseases that can cause such symptoms are appendicitis, kidney stones, gallstones or even gastroenteritis, depending on the exact location of the pain weather it in the umbilical area, or upper part of your stomach near liver, or near your lower rib etc.

I would definitely suggest you to get an ultrasound done if the pain doesn’t subside or pain severity increases or you start having other symptoms such as vomiting, painful urination, high grade fever etc, so that you have a definite diagnosis.

Also you can get a complete blood count done too.

As off now you can take Tab Paracetamol 650mg sos for pain and fever. If you need any further assistance or help, I can always help. Thank you and stay safe.

Investigations to be done:

USG abdomen, CBC

Differential diagnosis:

Acute appendicitis, nephrolithiasis, cholelithiasis

Treatment plan:

Conservative

Preventive measures:

Increase fluid intake

Regarding follow up:

Follow up with reports
