Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am a 21-year-old male. During sex, I ejaculate within three to five minutes, but I want to last atleast for an hour. Could you please suggest any food (vegetarian) or exercise to prolong ejaculation? Kindly help.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I can understand your concern. Having sex for two to three minutes is normal, whereas one hour is abnormal as it will make you and your partner frustrated and tired. If sex is less than one minute, it is to be concerned. The reasons for premature ejaculation may be as follows. They are a stressful work having night duties, conditions like diabetes, hypertension, and thyroid issues, long-term medication for hypertension and antipsychiatric medications, frequent masturbation or excess porn, receiving less foreplay from partner or lack of knowledge on foreplay and female masturbation, having an affair that gives you a guilty feeling, and lack of exercise and obesity. I suggest you check levels of FBS (fasting blood sugar), PPBS (postprandial blood sugar), BP (blood pressure), T3 (triiodothyronine), T4 (thyroxine), and TSH (thyroid-stimulating hormone) and take tablet Duralast 30 mg (Dapoxetine). Kindly share details regarding the issue so we can work on understanding the cause and plan treatment. Regards.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
