Hello doctor,

I have dark patches on my forehead, dullness and darkness on the face, open pores, dark spots, acne scars, blackheads and whiteheads on my nose, dark circles, and wrinkles on my undereye. Currently, I am using Kojic and Glycolic acid cream, brightening cream, and Kojic and Glycolic acid face wash. Please do not suggest laser treatment and give medicine free from steroids and paraben.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I am prescribing a few medicines; please consult a specialist and take the below-mentioned medication with their consent. Use UVDoux sunscreen (Zinc oxide, Titanium dioxide, and Bemotrizinol)- Apply on the whole face daily in the morning. Use Biluma cream (Kojic acid)- Apply only on dark patches daily at night for two months. Use Avarta undereye cream (Glycerin, Diacetyl boldine, Solanum lycocarpum fruit extract, Glycyrrhetinic acid, Butylated hydroxy anisole, Butylated hydroxytoluene)- Apply only on dark circles daily at night for two months. Try adapting stress relaxation measures, do not try any home remedies, eat good nutritious food, and avoid meat, oily foods, and bakery items. Finish your dinner by 8 pm, sleep well for 7 to 8 hours in the night, and try to walk 5000 steps a day.

Hello doctor,

Please suggest a cream for open pores, acne scars, dark spots, blackheads, and whiteheads on the nose.

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

For acne scars and pores, you need to plan for procedures like microneedling or fractional laser as there would not be any creams reducing the size, and please do not waste money on creams claiming to cure acne scars and pores. For white and blackheads, you can use Supatret gel 0.04% (Tretinoin) and apply it daily at night.
