I have had acne issues for the past few years. I also have dark spots on my chin and cheeks. I have oily skin and get a pimple every other day. Why so?

It seems you have post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation marks with a few active lesions. So, I suggest you follow the instructions mentioned below.

1. Wash your face with a mild face wash twice daily for 20 days.

2. Take a tablet of a good antioxidant once daily after breakfast for 30 days.

3. Apply Nadibact (antibiotic) cream in the evening for 10 days on active painful pimples.

4. Apply Aziderm (Azelaic acid) 20 percent cream in the daytime on the dark spots for 20 days.

5. Apply Glyco-6 (Glycolic acid) cream at night for 20 days.

6. Avoid direct sunlight.

7. Use good sunscreen before going outdoors.

8. Avoid popping or rubbing pimples.

9. Drink plenty of water.

10. Use water-based moisturizer after face wash.

11. Relax and make yourself stress-free.

12. Avoid using lemon or baking soda. It may cause irritation and contact dermatitis.

13. Eat a diet rich in vitamins A, C, zinc, and antioxidants.

14. Avoid the application of oily greasy cosmetic products.

15. Take a tablet of Limcee (Vitamin C) 500 milligrams once daily after dinner for 30 days.
