I have had acne on my face for more than one year. I also have pimples and some dark spots. Could you please suggest remedies.

Any history of itching and swelling, drug intake, or change of cosmetics or soap can cause this condition. Please apply topical 2% Resorcinol once daily, 20% Azelaic acid once daily, or 5% Dapsone gel once daily. Consult a specialist doctor, talk to them, and then take the medication.
